Governor Steve Sisolak signed The Public Option bill, SB420, into law June 2021.
All-Payer Claims Database
Senate Bill 40 requires the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to establish an all-payer claims database (APCD) of information relating to health insurance claims resulting from medical, dental, or pharmacy benefits provided in Nevada. Governor Sisolak approved the legislation in June 2021.
